American jock model Stephen Beers is damn sexy
Hi guys! I have someone very hot for you to check out today, and I get the feeling you’re gonna want more of him after ogling him in this shoot by Eduardo Fermin.
His name is Stephen Beers and I can tell you that he’s a model and an actor, I can’t say I’ve done enough research to be able to tell you what he might have been in, but I think maybe one or two of you might know. Leave a comment and share the deets!
This is the first shoot I’ve seen with him but it looks like he’s a sexy tease who isn’t particularly shy. Has he appeared naked for any photographers yet? I think I might have to spend a little time searching later 🙂

Unless Stephen is the photographer (which apparently he is not – Eduardo Fermin is), Stephen is not the copyright holder of the image and therefore has no legal right to request removal of the image. That’s what the DMCA is about – protecting the COPYRIGHT holders work.
Unfortunately, in most instances we really don’t have an opportunity to spend time arguing about it, if there is anyone to argue with.
But, these kinds of actions have an impact on a model.
If they’re aggressively pursuing the removal of content from the open web photographers are far less likely to work with them (or even find out about them). Brands WANT blogs like ours to write about the models wearing their products, it’s free publicity, so a model shutting that down negatively impacts that model’s future opportunities.
If you see models suddenly vanish from the business, it’s often (not always) because they decided to try to police their image after the fact. This almost always results on them being black-listed from the industry, because they become too problematic to work with. Why would a photographer or a brand want to hire a model who might start shutting down all that work in a few weeks? Makes no sense.
