Starman came to earth, and he was naked – Pt. 1

I imagine it can be pretty hard to come up with something original for a shoot, but I think fashion photographer John Mitropoulos and his partner Christos Papanikolaou have definitely achieved that with this nude shoot telling the story of an alien male coming to Earth to check out the sights, and he’s naked.

We don’t know who this gorgeous man is, but that’s a part of the mystery and only adds to the theme of the masked photos.

It might not be what Bowie had in mind when he wrote Starman, but that’s immediately what I thought of when I saw these pics and read the story behind them.

I don’t know about you guys but I definitely prefer this depiction of an alien race over the monstrous visitors in War of the Worlds lol
